Working in sales requires constant professional development and focus on self-development. Our client &#8211; Paweł Ciszak from Lions Place knows the needs of sellers as few as anyone, for many years he has managed sales teams in the insurance industry. After 17 years of working in a corporation, managing and training hundreds of agents and managers, Paweł decided to switch to his own and started his own consulting and training activity. We are pleased to accompany him from the beginning and today we share the success story of the Lions Place brand.
<h1>Task: </h1>
Paweł came to us with a head full of experiences and a specific business idea. Importantly, he also knew what he wanted to name his business. However, he needed support in making his vision a reality. At the same time, he was very open to our ideas and concepts, thanks to which we could turn his expectations into a real project to implement.
Using our experience, we helped Paweł create a vision of the consumer&#8217;s path, develop full branding, and bring this idea to life. The new website was not only supposed to be a showcase, but a real platform for contacting Paweł&#8217;s customers and a place to sell his knowledge.
Our contribution to this project therefore encompassed a wide range of activities:

<li>developing a visual identity in the form of a brandbook along with designs of business cards, letterhead or template presentations;</li>
<li>designing the paths of the consumer moving around the site, adapting the sales funnel to them;</li>
<li>building a website, along with an automated online store.</li>
</ul>
<h1>Challenge 1. How to reflect the character of the brand with a logo?</h1>
The training and consulting industry is largely based on interpersonal relations, so the key challenge for us was to create a communication strategy with a human face. The figure of a lion is a very vivid motif that can represent many attitudes. Paweł wanted the logotype of his company to reflect the values ​​behind his work.
Contrary to appearances, nothing in the form designed by us is accidental. We have prepared a total of 10 different proposals and devoted the entire inspirational workshop. During which we discussed the features of the brand that we want to emphasize. The posture of the character was important to us, as it also carries a certain subliminal emotional load.
That is why we chose the image of a lion looking forward, focused on what is in front of him. The mature look of the lion emphasizes Paweł&#8217;s confidence resulting from seventeen years of experience in the industry.
<h1>Challenge 2. Video as the main communication tool</h1>
While working in the corporation, Paweł observed high efficiency of video recording as a means of communication with trainees. The way of presenting knowledge in this way was to become a distinguishing feature of his personal brand. Our task, however, was to neatly integrate the video content into the paths of users navigating on the site.
Ultimately, during the User Experience workshop, we proposed and later implemented two variants of communication, which were divided according to the form of content presentation. At the start, the user can choose whether he wants to view the materials in text or audiovisual form. Our proposal assumed that customers who already know Paweł can go straight to the training part, and those who want to get to know him can go all the way from beginning to end.
<h1>Challenge 3. Sales automation</h1>
On our initiative, we proposed to integrate the online store present on the website with the automatic payment module. Paweł accepted our idea with interest, the only question was when to launch this functionality. According to our experience, we suggested integration with the start of the store, which turned out to be a bull&#8217;s eye.
Paweł shares his knowledge and experience in the form of individual consultations and / or group training. It is not a typical product that can be placed on the shelf in an online store, so designing an effective shopping path was the key to success. Shortening the path of purchasing training and consulting in Lions Place compared to the traditional form of sales of consulting and training services made it possible to quickly fill Paweł&#8217;s calendar and accelerate the return on investment to just two weeks of operation.
The key to success here was to shorten the conversion period for people who are already familiar with Paul&#8217;s competences or for those who want to buy training without further ado. Automatic payments reduce the risk of changing the purchasing decision, which increases with the length of the purchasing process.
<h1>Summary: </h1>
FASTSITE&#8217;s involvement included the comprehensive design and implementation of the website along with the online store. To do this, we held two workshops: user experience and inspirational. In addition, we made a full visual identification (brandbook, business cards, letterhead, sales presentation template). We also recommended a friendly company to record a video content for the website, Paweł was definitely satisfied with the end result.
We are happy that we can continue to support this project by maintaining the website and administering its content. Cooperation with Paweł is extremely fruitful for us and we are looking forward to its next chapters.

For some, it is the peak of dreams, for the other it comes out by accident, and the third has simply natural talent &#8211; Influencer&#8217;s work is currently the profession most often indicated by the young generation that they would like to perform. Cooperation with the &#8220;Internet star&#8221; is not that simple matter. Influencer brands are often characterized by high specificity and a strong emphasis on the created climate. Most of them face a strong need for their viewers to identify with the idol. The most common response to this demand is the sale of dedicated gadgets. But how to make it match the tone of voice of the brand and at the same time bring profit? <a href="https://motobieda.pl/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> Motobieda </a> contacted us with such a problem.
 1. 
Initially, Motobieda was selling through Allegro. Unfortunately, the platform is characterized not only by a lot of competition and fees, but also a fairly neutral environment where YouTuber merch has been losing a lot. That&#8217;s why he decided to create his own online store. The technical aspects in this case were not complicated, what was the real challenge was to create a store in which the atmosphere and content would reflect the nature of Motobieda&#8217;s operations and would encourage its viewers to visit the store.

After brainstorming and joint creative work with the client, we managed to create real content gems. From the cookie announcement to humorous blog entries, everything on the website created by the store almost screams MOTOBIEDA. If you want to find out for yourself, we recommend that you read about the discount for new customers on the website (motobieda.pl). The most important, however, is the fact that the binding prepared in this way increases the quality of the user experience, and this keeps the user on the website and prompts him to make a purchase. Contrary to Allegro, where the gadget had to sell itself, here everything that surrounds the product also sells it, creating an atmospheric whole with it.

However, let&#8217;s not forget about completing the customer&#8217;s journey in the store &#8211; that is, the sales process itself. Even the best-advertised product will not reach the customer if the procedures are too burdensome. That is why we used the convenient WooComerce plug-in, which we integrated with Przelewy24 online payments and InPost shipments.

Ultimately, the best review for the store were the comments of Motobieda viewers who enthusiastically shared all the flavors found on the website and the fact that the turnover generated by the store during the month exceeded its value twice. For us, it was great fun and a challenge to our creativity, which we gladly took up. We believe that matching the final product to the client, regardless of whether it is a characteristic influencer or a serious company, is the key to success.

The COVID-19 pandemic has surprised everyone. Organizers of all kinds of mass events, conferences and events were also among the injured professions and industries. The particularity of their difficult situation was that many events had already been planned and had to be postponed, canceled or… carried out in a completely different formula.
Studia na Horyzoncie bravely chose the third option &#8211; switching several stationary conferences held in different Polish cities, in a two-week session of meetings with speakers from all over Poland online. Over 600 students telling about selected fields of study, thousands of high school students, all the largest universities in Poland, and some also abroad &#8211; all combined within a dedicated online platform. It sounds great? Sure! If not for one short sentence closing the inquiry: &#8220;We have 3 weeks.&#8221;

 1. Agile 
It would be impossible to deliver a functioning product within this deadline if we had not used the agile approach and managed the project &#8220;agile&#8221;. In such a dynamic environment, it was impossible to predict every problem encountered, and there was no time to consider whether it was better to choose option A, B, or something in between. All decisions were made on the basis of the prototypes being created, details were improved in cycles so as not to suspend the project. We strived to build a prototype of the so-called &#8220;MVP&#8221; (Minimal Viable Product), which would achieve the most important of the assumed goals &#8211; conference service. All functionalities, improving its quality and user convenience, were a consequence of the development of this MVP.
 2. Integration with the video calling system 
The key functionality for the entire project was the integration of the portal with the Zoom program for online meetings. We wanted the meetings to be embedded in the website and participating in them did not require users to download any additional program. Integration turned out to be the most difficult element of the implementation and caused the most unexpected problems. However, in order to build the best user experience, it was worth finishing it &#8211; when the meeting started, it was enough to click &#8220;Join the meeting&#8221; at the appropriate lecture in the schedule individually created by each user.
 3. User tests 
The user testing phase is the culmination of the agile design thought. And I don&#8217;t mean the issues that were patched during the first few days of bugs, which could not really have been avoided with such a short time for earlier testing. Based on the feedback from users, their interactions with the website and other users, we were able to verify the assumptions of our plan. We managed to implement some useful functionalities that we had not thought of before, during the conference. On the other hand, several others, implemented by us, turned out to be much less important than we first thought.

The project was successful, as evidenced by the recommendation we received from the client. The interest in the project and the number of meetings during the conference exceeded even the expectations of the organizers. At its peak, nearly 100 meetings were active at the same time! For us it was a lot of experience, and for high school students a lot of practical knowledge, useful in further personal development.

Using the design language, when creating a &#8220;perfect&#8221; pizza, it would be necessary to carry out an analysis of needs, create a mock-up of the solution, which, after being carefully designed, could be implemented as part of the MVP and tested with users. Knowing the love of pepperoni fans for cheese, as well as the love of sweet and salty compositions of Hawaiian pizza connoisseurs, one should design an experience that meets the needs of everyone. Who knows, maybe it would be pepperoni with pineapple &#8230;?

 Ingredients 
The aforementioned experience design was carried out as part of a project for Michał Toczyłowski &#8211; a cook who <a href="https://michaltoczylowski.pl/o-jedzeniu/2019/09/adio-pomidory/" target="_ blank" rel="noopener"> from tomatoes alone, it can create a masterpiece of culinary art </a>. The very first meeting with Michał confirmed our conviction that the joint project will be an extraordinary combination of his amazing energy with demanding subject matter.
 Preparation process 
When designing Michał&#8217;s website, we were guided by the key assumption &#8211; the website of a personal brand must correspond to its personality. In this case, the combination of professionalism and experience had to meet the courage and way of being a young cook. But as long as the first component of this equation corresponds to minimalism and aesthetics &#8211; how do you represent the absolutely unique rest?
So we decided to focus on Michał&#8217;s photos and the way of presenting the entries he creates. This is also how the blog feed was created, which has a different structure with each refresh and each top-up of subsequent entries.

Effect? The incredible excitement of the customer was only a foretaste of how the recipients would react to the website. The website strengthened his image as a professional and specialist in his profession, and additionally supplemented him with a humorous character, so far known only through direct contact.
The implementation of the project for Michał was a fantastic experience, which resulted in, in our subjective opinion, one of the most interesting projects in our portfolio &#8211; and certainly the tastiest!

<a href="https://konfederacjakobiet.pl/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> the Confederation of Women of the Republic of Poland </a> came to us with the challenge of creating a new website that, apart from refreshing the Foundation&#8217;s image on the Internet was also to be a platform for publishing various types of content related to its activities. An additional goal was to make it easier for the Foundation&#8217;s donors to support it.

 1. UX workshop 
One of the most important challenges in the project was information structuring and appropriate content division. We grouped and categorized during the UX Workshop, from which we start practically every project. After completing the segmentation of areas and defining their information structures, we applied the effects of work to functional mock-ups, which constitute the basis for the next stage of the project &#8211; graphic design.
 2. Graphic design and website implementation 
When creating the graphic design, we were guided by giving the website a feminine, light and delicate character, as well as to maintain transparency and readability of the information presented. The effect was achieved thanks to the right choice of leading colors, leaving a lot of white and drawing &#8220;airy&#8221;, linear decorations and illustrations for the title sections of individual pages. In the implementation itself, we also resigned from &#8220;aggressive&#8221; animations, e.g. entrances, instead of using accents and highlights that facilitate interaction.
 3. Integration with the internet payment system 
The last element of the project was to link the website to the online payment system in order to minimize the time needed to support the foundation by donors. We can tell our readers that the &#8220;dump plug&#8221; programmed for this purpose will be further developed, but we will only show the effects when we finish the work.

Online start is rarely easy and enjoyable. Individual specialists from highly professional industries (e.g. lawyers, real estate specialists, trainers) who are used to running a business and offline marketing are particularly difficult.
The natural and usually effective strategy in such cases is the evolutionary approach. It is about continuing the current professional achievements and appearing on the Internet under your own name &#8211; that is, the need to create and develop your personal brand on the Internet. The issue of the second, more revolutionary strategy, i.e. hiding behind the facade of a new corporate brand, will not be discussed in this post &#8211; this is not a case study.
Mr. Leszek Flis, a property appraiser, is the person matching the above description. We helped him take off on the web and created a visual identity for his personal brand.

 1. Logotype 
The purpose of visual identification of personal brands is for the recipient to remember the name and surname and associate them with the specialization &#8211; just that and so much. This is the main reason why we limited the logotype to typography only. Minimalism and elegance, which is clearly associated with the serious profession of a real estate appraiser, but surrounded by light white so as not to create an unnecessary distance between the target group and the specialist.
If we decided to add a signet to the logotype, we would go towards something as simple as possible, not diverting attention from the most important information, which is the name. Often in such cases, simply initials are used as the basis for the signet.
 2. Website &#8211; about me, blog 
Together with the logotype, we designed and implemented the website <a href="https://leszekflis.pl/"> https://leszekflis.pl/ </a> We tried to create a balance between Mr. Leszek, its main protagonist , and the real estate he deals with. The most important places on the website are about me and the blog &#8211; both serve to strengthen the image of an expert and present experience.
 3. Business card 
Visual identification must be consistent &#8211; regardless of whether we are talking about an online or offline image. The project was created at a time when face-to-face meetings were commonplace &#8211; we are impatiently waiting for this to return &#8230; And in the meantime, we present a business card design:

 3. Integration with the internet payment system 

The last element of the project was to link the website to the online payment system in order to minimize the time needed to support the foundation by donors. We can tell our readers that the "dump plug" programmed for this purpose will be further developed, but we will only show the effects when we finish the work.
