Privacy Policy

§1 General provisions

  1. The data administrator is FASTSITE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 200/414 Jerozolimskie Avenues, 02-490. Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secure servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as described in the Privacy Policy (where this follows directly from the description).
  3. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" is replaced by "you", "Administrator" by "us". The term "RODO" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security.
  5. Personal data provided in all forms operating on the website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorised persons.

§2 Data controller

  1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of the persons recorded in the contact forms available on our website.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    1. in accordance with data protection legislation,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, modification or termination thereof and the proper performance of the Services provided by electronic means,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legitimate purposes) and the processing does not prejudice the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
    5. to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent you have given if you have left your data in the contact forms on our website.
  4. Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.
  7. The Service Provider shall have the right to make the User's personal data and other data of the User available to entities authorised under the relevant legislation (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
  8. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider shall not make personal data available to entities other than those authorised by the relevant legislation.
  10. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and have access control in place to minimise the impact of any data security breach.
  11. Personal data is processed only by persons authorised by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

§3 Cookies

  1. The website www.fastsite.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters only allow the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites. The information collected relates to the IP address, the type of browser used, the language, the type of operating system, the internet service provider, the time and date information, the location and the information sent to the site via the contact form.
  2. The data we collect is used to monitor and see how users use our sites in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the GoogleAnalytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site. Cookies identify the user, allowing us to tailor the content of the site they use to their needs. By remembering your preferences, it makes it possible to tailor targeted advertising to you. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience on our website and the data collected is only used internally by FASTSITE to optimise operations.
  3. We use the following cookies on our website:
    1. "necessary" cookies to enable the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
    2. cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of authentication on the website;
    3. "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information about the use of the website's pages;
    4. "functional" cookies, which allow "remembering" the user's chosen settings and personalising the user interface, e.g. with regard to the user's chosen language or region of origin, font size, website design, etc;
    5. "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery to users of advertising content more tailored to their interests.

  5. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, is only collected where the user has explicitly consented to this by filling in the form. We retain and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform the respective function.
